Dedicated, hard-working and enthusiastic Professor in the Department of Urdu at Mirza Ghalib College, Gaya. A detail-oriented and compassionate teacher sharing the knowledge of Urdu language for more than 13 years. I joined the Mirza Ghalib College in the year 2007. My passion for languages and especially Urdu motivated and led me to pursue my career in the field of Urdu Literature. I have a degree in M.A. Urdu and a Ph.D research on the topic “Contemporary Problems As Depicted in Modern Urdu Novels of Bihar (Bihar ke Novelon mein Asri Masail ki Peshkash)” from Magadh University, Bodhgaya. Some of my books published are “Bihar me Urdu Novel ka Naya Manzar Nama” which discusses the current situation of Urdu languages in Bihar. And “Novel ka Fan Aur Urdu Novel Nigari” and “Urdu Novel ka Ek Lafani Kirdar-Khuji”. I have a good experience of attending Workshops and National Seminars in different colleges and universities. I attended a National Seminar sponsored by UGC in Jamshedpur Women’s College on the topic “Promotion of Women in Urdu Literature”. I also have a good experience of attending UGC sponsored refreshers course from Ranchi University. I have always believed in creating a sound and interactive environment in the classroom with my students. Education is the backbone of a well-developed society. A teacher is someone who bears a huge responsibility of imparting true and beneficial knowledge. So I always aim to achieve the best teaching practices and knowledge sharing techniques with my students, so as to enrich them with the life inspiring knowledge and wisdom.
