I, Reshma Perween holds BACHELOR,MASTER and Ph.D. degree in Botany from Magadh University, Bodh Gaya under the supervision of Prof. Dr. M. S. Islam (Dept. Of Botany, M.U. Bodh Gaya) and working as an Assistant Professor in Graduate Program, Department of Botany at Mirza Ghalib College, Gaya; with almost 10 (ten) years of teaching experience having a strong desire to help students in order to achieve learning outcomes and KPIs. Confidently making strong communication with students while delivering the lectures, connect the whole classroom in planning and executing of complex analytical biological testing laboratory procedures keeping in view of making the class more interesting.
My central goal as a faculty member of Mirza Ghalib College, I believe that the classroom is a facilitator of information, facts, figures, and new concepts in the field of Environmental Biology. I have had opportunity to teach undergraduate and graduate students a variety of topics of like Plant Diversity, Plant Anatomy, Plant Pathology, Plant Ecology or Environmental Biology, Reproductive Biology, etc. in the subject of Botany.
So far, my research interests are concerned with “LIMNOLOGY (Fresh Water Ecology)” which basically focuses on impactof actions, pollutants, conditions and quality of lentic and lotic water(pond, lake, river, stream, etc.). My Research Papers with reference to Environmental and Pollution issues has been published in National and International Journals of Environmental Science.
